Crysbel Tejada was born and raised in New York City, where she organized with Mirabal Sisters Community and Cultural Center in her neighborhood, and helped found the Occucopy Print Shop worker cooperative. She currently resides in Oklahoma organizing against the KXL pipeline and tar sands. Betsy Catlin grew up in Maine yet previously lived in New York City, where she worked with Students for a Free Tibet and on supporting undocumented activism. She currently lives in Oklahoma where she organizes against the KXL pipeline and tar sands.
